Trail Tenders, Incorporated is a 501c3 organization. All donations are used towards
educational and interpretive programs and capital improvements at the National Historic
Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, and are managed by an all volunteer board of
directors.

Donations are tax deductible. In addition,Trail Tenders is a recognized cultural
organization qualified for an Oregon tax credit on matching donations to the Oregon
Cultural Trust.
Donations of $1000 or more can be recognized with a tile in the acknowledgement room
at the Interpretive Center, if requested by the donor.

Commemorative tiles may be purchased and inscribed with the name of an honored
friend or family member, or a pioneer ancestor, starting at $100. Tiles are placed in the
acknowledgement area at the Interpretive Center.

Trail Tenders offers a mini-grant program to help schools fund field trips to the
Interpretive Center. Funded through a "keep the change" jar at the Oregon Trail Shop,
donations can also be designated to this field trip scholarship fund.
